Classic Boots Matter offers shipping worldwide on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding bank and national holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are unable to amend the delivery, payment and any other information such as colour, size and the number of items once an order has been shipped.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, depending our your location, shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day or will drop the package at your nearest pick up point where you can collect your order.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.


IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

We ship our packages with UPS.

Delivery time takes 1-2 days in Spain.

For European countries & UK we offer two delivery options, UPS Standard takes 3-5 days and UPS Express that arrives in 1-2 days.

For the Rest of the World, we use UPS Express and the estimated time of delivery is from 2-5 days. And depending on your country, we offer a cheaper alternative using Spanish National Post, that may take from 2-5 weeks normally.
