HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page.

 

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and all debit/credit cards.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package besides the website where you can track it.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be shipped within the next 1-2 working days. *Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

HOW MANY DAYS I WILL GET MY PARCEL?

For shipments to Europe, we offer 2 shipping options, Standard and Express. The standard option takes 3-5 days, while the Express one takes 1-2 days.

Regarding the rest of the world, it is about 2-5 days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return (European Union) the item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, undamaged, with tags (if apply), and in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does include the removal of original product tags.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item and our customer service team will advise you on the next steps.

Note that returns are made at the cost of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for not received items. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service.

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.

 

PRODUCTS

Many of our products are classic and collectables for many years. If they break playing on them a refund will not be issued. Play with them at your own risk.

Boots stated as ''brand new'' does not guarantee that they come in their original box. If you want to be sure about it, contact us before placing your order and our team will help on the matter.
